Meet founder Cat Miller

Motherhood and an undiagnosed illness sent Cat Miller into depression that transformed her life. After years of struggle, she found healing through medication, lifestyle changes and self-discovery – only to be faced with her daughter’s mental health challenges. Now, Cat is dedicated to breaking the stigma around women's and teens mental health, fostering open conversations and support.
